The factors of changes in strategies of human resources management in the production organization

The article deals with the human resources strategies implemented by industrial enterprises in the current market conditions. The author considers the type of forced strategy in which quantitative and qualitative characteristics of personnel are considerably limited by financial resources of an enterprise, as well as the strategy of bringing to conformity the personnel number with production volumes typical for profitable organizations. The paper analyzes the factors of transformation of traditional HR management practices and introduction of new ones. It is concluded that the approach to human capital exploitation only in the context of variety of resources required to produce high quality products is limited.
