The article presents the structural model for psychological supervision of a university instructor’s innovative activity including organisational methodological, diagnostic, informative and assessing modules. Criteria of a university instructor’s successful psychological supervision are defined on an empirical level — they are the availability of adequate cognitive, organising, communicative skills used in professional teaching activity; efficiency of research and innovative activity.
