Factors affecting the financial stability of commercial banks

The financial stability of the banking system is an important indicator of the success of all commercial banks operating in the country. The correct and clear identification of factors that influence the activities of individual commercial banks, and therefore the country's banking system, allows us to determine how easy it will be to manage to maintain financial stability of both individual credit organizations and the banking system. The article describes different factors that have either a positive or negative impact on the financial stability of the banking system based on the researches of foreign authors.
