The article deals with the professional self-determination of a person, features and criteria of professionalism. It states the social, psychological and professional factors that determine the dynamics of professional values of a person. The author considers a major element of professional factors, which is the corporate culture. The personal traits influencing the perception of corporate culture are discussed.
