Factors of organization of vocational training in law-enforcement units of the Russian Federation

Factors of organization of vocational service and physical training of the personnel and the correlationwith its influence on the activities of the head of the territorial (local) Internal Affairs body are identified in the article on the basis of general philosophic principles of dialectics as well as of formal-logical and system-structural method. The author’s definition of the term “factors of organization of vocational service and physical training of law-enforcement personnel” is presented in the article. Based on the analysis of scientific, legislative and other normative legal acts as well as of practice of organization of vocational service and physical training the author presents the open list of factors of organizing the mentioned kind of activities and demonstrates the correlation of these factors and the activities of the heads of law-enforcement units. The author substantiates the need for a detailed study of the system of vocational training factors, as well as their classification, that will facilitate the improvement of the efficiency of the development of organizational and managerial measures for vocational service and physical training in a changing internal and external environment of functioning vocational training units by the heads of Internal Affairs units.
