Factors hindering the attraction of investments in the "green" economy

This article describes the factors preventing investment in the "green" economy, describes international experience in the development of "greening" the economy, identifies the main factors constraining "green" growth and methods of their elimination. The green growth assessment system and the factors influencing it are described in detail. In the process of identifying negative external factors of the "green" economy, modern methods for stimulating "green" policy have been identified. The analysis of the factors constraining the growth of the "green" economy allowed us to systematize the factors into groups, as well as identify the main methods for their elimination.
