Factors of regional human capital development

In this paper, regional human capital is considered through the prism of socio-economic development of the Komi Republic. Modern human capital is studied as a factor of production, life and social development of the region. The study of statistical data on the Republic of Komi allowed us to identify the main problems in the development of regional human capital and identify ways to improve the quality of human capital formation at the regional level.
