The study of the risk factors for respiratory diseases in the city of Samara in patients with seasonal manifestations of the disease. Methods. In the period of 2013-2015 palencia in air the spectrum of Samara city was dominated by the pollen of ambrosia (22.1%), birch (15.4%), elm (її,8%), nettle (9,5%), chenopodiaceae (7.3 per cent). Conclusion. Revealed regional risk factors, affecting the course of respiratory diseases among residents of the Samara city.
