Factors constraining integration of the minor being in the conflict with the law into society

The analysis of the existing criminal and criminal procedure legislation concerning minors as well as the practice of its application in some cases are carried out. On the basis of the analysis information there have been presented normative legal, institutional, production and procedural, structural and activity, informational, psychological, socio cultural factors which create obstacles on the way to successful integration of minor offenders into society.
