Factors of social and psychological adaptation of different age groups conscripts in the army conditions

In the article the factors of conscripts ’ social and psychological adaptation, taking into consideration their age, have been determined. These factors have been described, they determine the effective adaptation of conscripts in the army conditions, as well as the characteristic of the factors stating the presence of difficulties in the adaptation of conscripts in both age groups.
