This article is devoted to consideration of the factors reducing the attractiveness of the Belgorod region. On the basis of statistical data the analysis of attractiveness, migration growth and performance of external migration in recent times. It was concluded that 2015 was the first in decades a year of negative migration balance of the Belgorod region with other regions of Russia.
