The multicenter clinical-psychopathological and sociodemographic study of 229 men aged 18-60 years with associated forms of alcohol addiction with presence (group 1, n=125) and absence (group 2, n=104) of suicidal behavior has been carried out. Sociodemographic markers of suicidal risk, influence of comorbid psychical and somatoneurological pathology in suicidogenesis and interaction between the evidence of depressive syndrome and suicidal activity have been revealed. According to Patterson's Scale, it was found that general criteria of suicidal risk are as follows: male sex, suffering from alcohol addiction and presence of concomitant chronic diseases. Loneliness, depressive disorders, suicidal intents in past medical history contribute to high level of suicidal activity.
