Factors impairing iron suction after resection of gastric and duodenal ulcers

Resume: The article examined 56 patients with a chronic ulcer of 12 duodenal ulcer complication of anemia, re-hospitalized one month after gastric resection according to methods B-I and B-II. It was reported that the serum iron content of these patients was compared with the preoperative data after 1, 3 and 6 hours of administration of iron and hydroionized iron.
