Factors influencing the architecture of modern apartment buildings for social purposes

This article is devoted to the study of the main factors influencing the architectural decisions of modern apartment buildings for social purposes. The characteristics of social housing that distinguish it from other types of housing are determined. The main factors affecting the architecture of social housing have been identified and studied. The influence of these factors on the basis of examples of modern implemented social housing projects is considered. The basic principles of architectural and planning decisions and the general organization of the structure of apartment buildings for social purposes are determined.
