Factors influencing the effectiveness of business processes

The study identifies key factors affecting the efficiency of business processes, and analyzes management methods to improve efficiency. A process approach to management is considered that is directly related to operational efficiency. The influence of organizational effectiveness on the value of the company is investigated, and the basic principles of business process reengineering based on the ABC-EVA system are proposed. The main indicators of organizational effectiveness are given, which can be measurable and can be included in the estimated annual programs, the so-called KPI’s.
