The article discusses the factors affecting the efficiency of the supply activities of an industrial enterprise. It is substantiated that the management of the supply activities of the enterprise must take into account external and internal factors. To external factors, the author attributed market conditions, product demand trends, changes in tastes and preferences of customers, the emergence of new products. To internal factors, the author attributed the potential and capabilities of the enterprise itself, its strengths and weaknesses.
