Factors that influence the structure formation in dispersion systems have been considered. It has been shown that structure formation in dispersion systems depends on strength and number of interactions in unit of volume, addition of surfactants and inorganic materials. The effect of surfactant concentration on the structure formation in technological compositions being developed for leather tanning has been established.
