In the article is analysed on the different approaches of scientists to the classification of factors affecting consumer behavior. The approaches of F. Kotler, L.E. Basovsky, I. Hawkins, R.J. Besta and K.A. Horses, T. Parsons, R. Toughlinger, D. Кaton and W.O. Bearden and L.B. Kaplan are researched. There is a conclusion about the significance of the contribution of the theory of U.O. Bearden and L.B. Kaplan in the science of factors.
