The article presents the results of studies of cell culture on viral contamination, as well as the effect of serum antibodies on the reproduction of viruses. It has been established that two transfected lines (MDBK and BHK-21/13) of cell culture are contaminated with the virus of BD-BS of bovines. The presence of specific antibodies to the viruses PG-3, IRT and VD-BS in the production series of serum of cattle promoted a decrease in their infectious activity during reproduction on the culture of LEK cells by 0.1-0.6 lg TCD 50 / ml.
