Agriculture is a high-risk industry. Agricultural management should include the development of a risk management system. The article presents the stages of building a risk management system, concluded that it is necessary to take into account factors affecting the occurrence of risks in the process of identification and risk assessment. A classification of the factors influencing the occurrence of risks is possible with the possibility of preliminary identification and at the place of manifestation .
