The article considers the factors of influence on the development of teachers’ emotional burnout who work in educational institutions. The purpose of the article is to determine the factors influencing the development of emotional burnout among teachers of educational institutions. The research methods are the analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological sources on the research problem. The relevance of the article is justified by the fact that in modern conditions a teacher of educational institutions is influenced by many factors due to the specifics of pedagogical activity: a large number of social contacts, high responsibility, lack of self-realization and feedback, and others, which lead to the occurrence of emotional burnout, which negatively affects both the content activities of the teacher, and on his personality. The result of the influence of these factors can be emotional burnout, which negatively affects both the content of the teacher's activity and his personality. Emotional burnout of teachers is considered as an integral process of their professional activity, inherent in specialists in the professions «person-to-person». The characteristic reasons for the occurrence of emotional burnout among teachers of educational institutions have been revealed. It is determined that the factors influencing the development of emotional burnout of teachers of educational institutions cover the external and internal conditions of the environment. It was revealed that the main factors of influence are individual psychological, social psychological, organizational psychological, personal.
