The results of questionnaire-based survey on the second-year students' sample implemented as a part of a research project devoted to studying external and internal factors of unsuccessful academic adaptation leading to the intensification of a so called «sophomore slump» are presented; the obtained data are generally compatible with overall findings of the research formulated based on analyzing results of other research instruments and allow to provide a more detailed description of the examined phenomenon.
