Фармацевтические соединения на основе азотсодержащих гетероциклов - новый класс загрязнителей окружающей среды (обзор)

Фармполлютанты - высокостабильные соединения с разнообразной химической структурой и выраженной биологической активностью. Они обнаруживаются в почве, донных осадках водоемов, сточных, грунтовых водах и даже питьевой воде. Неконтролируемое поступление лекарственных средств в открытые экосистемы потенциально опасно, так как последствия их воздействия на живые организмы могут быть непредсказуемы. Среди фармполлютантов, детектируемых в окружающей среде, большим числом представлены азотсодержащие гетероциклические соединения. Приоритетными направлениями исследований являются изучение процессов, происходящих с фармполлютантами в окружающей среде, поиск эффективных способов нейтрализации данных опасных соединений, изучение степени их биодоступности, токсического действия новых соединений на живые организмы, в том числе микроорганизмы-деструкторы, выяснение взаимосвязи систематической принадлежности микроорганизмов и их способности деградировать лекарственные вещества.
