Studied children antihistamine activity of cetirizine dihydrochloride suppositories in experiments on white rats on a model of acute inflammatory edema creation. Developed a technique of identification of cetirizine dihydrochloride in children suppositories using reactions salt, chelation, precipitation, nitration, and using the electronic absorption spectrum for the location of maximum and minimum. The technique of quantitative spectrophotometric determination of cetirizine dihydrochloride in children suppositories and held her validation assessment.
