Currents of thermoinduced depolarization and dielectric response of muscovite crystal due to the thin water film in it in a wide range of temperatures were studied. The results obtained demonstrate the impact of electrically active surface on the regularity ofphase and structural transition in thin film ofpolar liquids and are indicative of multilevel and physically heterogeneous structure of the film.
