Federalistic culture in Russia

The article views the issue of processes, connected with the formation and development of the federalism, are accompanied by the formation of specific federalistic culture, the corresponding with this form of territorial division, which in its turn depends on many factors: features of historial and political development of the country, its size, complexity of population mix.
