Federal administrative law regulation in electric energy sphere of Russia

The article is devoted to the issues of legal regulation of electric power distribution in Russia during the period of market economy emergency. Standard legislative and regulatory framework with account to hierarchy of regulatory law is considered and main methods of administrative law regulation are presented.
