The article considers the amendments to administrative-delictual legislation connected with the possibility of intrusting a person with a task to undergo diagnostics, preventive measures, drug addiction treatment and (or) medical and (or) social rehabilitation as a result of using narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances without doctor's prescription.
