The phenomenon of digital law. Is a digital code possible?

He article is devoted to the study of digital law as a potentially new legal reality of the Russian Federation and the possibility (impossibility) of the emergence of a Digital Code in our country as a form of consolidation of new legal norms. The author present the opinions of legal scholars on this issue, provide criticism, and express their own point of view. In conclusion, the conclusion is drawn: we will be able to answer the question of whether the Digital Code of the Russian Federation is possible only after its draft appears. It's too early to draw definitive conclusions yet. At the same time, the author support the initiative to update legislation in order to reflect in it the answer to some questions, the emergence of which is a consequence of digitalization.
