The phenomenon of spiritual leadership of a holy fool

The research considers the phenomenon of spiritual leadership in public life and its impact on modern person activities. The relevance of the study is determined by the need to find a constructive solution to past problems of modern society bringing serious destructive elements to everyday life and breaking proper interaction of people in various communities. The forms of spiritual leadership are analyzed in a historical retrospective. A study on the life of holy fools demonstrates the significance of their ascetic and self-renunciation practices for the development of conscious spiritual attitude to the life of heaps of people. Spiritual leadership is defined by the author as a complex phenomenon of public life capable of consolidating society to address meaningful social challenges and achieve relative harmony in various communities and in society in general. It is concluded that spiritual leadership is a key element of society’s development within nonlinear rationality.
