The phenomenon of military communities in modern media as a new philosophy of warfare

In the article, the author provides an overview of key scholarly opinions on the essence of digital warfare communities and their role in modern confrontation. The author's view of the concept of information warfare as a complex social system, which operates with the active involvement of new media, is being developed. The concept of just war theory has so far not been applied to the study of the phenomenon of military communities. The author's consideration of information warfare in its context allows us to highlight such essential characteristics of this process as recursiveness in an indefinite period of time and spontaneous nature. The conducted analysis of military communities, their possible and proper use in the framework of information warfare confirmed the relevance of the study for the formalization of complex phenomena of the surrounding world, determined the possibility of constructive generalization of knowledge obtained by analyzing the characteristics of the phenomena under study and the maximum permissible changes in their states.
