The phenomenology of law in a transforming society

Introduction: the article presents the results of the study of the main mechanisms of forming an attitude to the law, negative trends in the criminalization of social culture, their significance and prerequisites, the impact of social and philosophical factors on the development of the legal sphere. Materials and Methods: in the course of the work on the article the reference to the researches devoted to the socio-cultural aspect of formation and change of legal consciousness was made. Methodological basis of the research was formed by the methods of analysis, synthesis, comparison and abstraction, as well as cultural analysis, phenomenological approach and within the framework of the study of individual aspects of legal practice - structural and functional approach.
