Transformation biological and agrochemical properties of meadow-alluvial soils in conditions of oil pollution is studied. Change of activity of soil enzymes (katalaze, invertaze and ureaze) and decrease in the maintenance of mobile forms of phosphorus and potassums, and as total nitrogen is shown; it is observed acidition a soil solution. However entering of association hydrocarbon oxidizing bacteria and mineral fertilizers in the petropolluted soil promotes decrease in the maintenance of oil on 18-82% that leads to improvement of the studied properties of of soil.
