Digital sport as a new sport in Russia

The article considers the concept of the term "phygital sport" and its appearance in Russia, reveals the influence of this sport on students, and also studies some of its subspecies. The author considers the history of the emergence of phygital sports in the world and in Russia, explains the essence of the sport in question, and analyzes the impact of phygital sports on students. The article also studied and presented digital technologies that have been introduced into sports activities in the modern world and explained their impact on the field of sports. The author investigated the relevance of phygital sports among students. The purpose of the study is to consider phygital sports as a means of attracting students to sports and to study digitalization in sports activities. The result of the work is the analysis of the influence of phygital sports on the physical training of students.
