Modern intensive plant growing is impossible without using fertilizers, plant growth regulators, and plant immunomodulators. Sometimes it is more profitable to produce the synthesis of the necessary substances technologically, not chemically. The advantage of using cells metabolites over pesticides and chemical fertilizers is their complex positive effect and high efficiency that allow applying biologically active preparations in minimal doses. Being natural these substances are not accumulated in the environment and easily utilized in it. The purpose of the research is to study the physiological aspects of using new biotechnological complex preparation of immunocorrective action and its effect on winter wheat productivity in the industrial experiment on the base of Joint-Stock Company "Beryozki". The complex preparation was obtained on the basis of the bioflavonoids from the buckwheat green parts (patent № 2463759).

The natural compounds that are widely spread in the plant kingdom have a common name bioflavonoids (BF). These unique objects embody three organic matters -micronutrients, medicaments and biologically active additives (BAD) [3].
MATERIALS AND RESEARCH METHODS
The experimental work was conducted in the industrial experiment on the base of Closed Joint-Stock Company "Beryozki", in the agricultural plants biotechnology center in the OrelSAU. The germination and productivity of winter wheat variety Moscovskaya was investigated 39. The seeds of wheat were soaked in the solution of the complex preparation for 1 hour together with the chemical preparation "Vinsit SK." The presowing seed treatment with preparations and seed treatment in combination with plant spraying were done. The plot area in the industrial experiment took 1 ha. In the control the wheat was not treated with complex preparation, plants were treated with microfertilizer "Intermag profi." In the experimental variant plants were treated with a complex preparation on the basis of buckwheat bioflavonoids in a concentration of 1 * 5-10% without treatment with microfertilizers. In the control and in the experimental variant plants were treated with the preparations together with the herbicide "Dialen Super VR" [2].
RESULTS AND DISCUSSION
The research results showed that using a complex preparation on the basis of buckwheat bioflavonoids proved to be highly effective when spraying winter wheat plantings. The reliable increase in yield as compared with the control (the plantings are not treated) was obtained. A higher increase in yield was observed when using the preparation in a concentration of 1 × 10 -5%, which amounted 6.7 hwt/ ha, that is by 12% higher than the control variant (Table 1).
On the experiment results the production test certificate was drawn up and signed by the chief agriculturist and the head of the Closed Joint-Stock Company "Beryozki". The protective and stimulating composition of a complex preparation positively influenced the laboratory and field germination of winter wheat seeds. Thus, the laboratory germination increased by 7%, and the field one - by 2.7%.

The use of a complex preparation decreased the chemical load on plants by stopping plantings treatment with microfertilizer "Intermag profi." The use of a complex preparation does not negatively influence the action of the herbicide "Dialen super-VR".

The economic efficiency calculation showed high recoupment of costs of seed treatment with the protective stimulating preparation. A conditionally net income from the use of the preparation, when calculating per the cost of fodder grain of winter wheat amounted 2710 rub/ha and more.
CONCLUSION
Spraying the winter wheat crops with an aqueous solution of a complex preparation on the basis of buckwheat bioflavonoids together with herbicides is an effective method of providing grain yield increase of 6.7 hwt/ha and net income increase by 2710 rub/ha as compared with the application of only herbicide "Dialen super-VR" and microfertilizer "Intermag profi". The research showed that spraying with a complex preparation is possible together with herbicides, as it will allow to decrease the number of treatments and the impact of farm machinery on the soil.
