Insolvency or bankruptcy is a complex phenomenon of an economic and legal nature. This phenomenon can be regarded as a consequence of ineffective activity of an entrepreneur or a legal entity, but on the other hand it gives a powerful incentive to effectively operate economic entities that are designed to resist the interests of individuals and market stability in general.
