In the rhizosphere of plants Chenopodium rubrum L., growing in the area of industrial salt deposit (Solikamsk, Perm region) have identified a large variety of bacteria of different phylogenetic groups. A substantial body of prokaryotes represented by Gram-negative moderately halophilic bacteria class Gammaproteobacteria, as well as Gram-positive bacteria halotolerant class Actinobacteria. In addition, samples of rhizosphere bacteria detected class Bacilli class and phylum Firmicutes Flavobacteriia phylum Bacteroidetes.
