Philosophy of the natural law in humanistic pedagogics

In this article the natural law as a criterion of justice in ethics, politics, legislation since antique times up to the present is considered. The special attention is paid to the ideas of domestic and foreign teachers in the field of moral, legal problematics. The author's view of the given concept correlates with humanistic directions of pedagogics where «freedom», «justice», «truth», «equality», «good» are a fundamental basis of legal education of children.
