Philosophy in the focus of Russian philosophical consciousness: some aspects of historiographical discourse (mid XIX - early XX century)

The article focuses on some aspects of historiographical discourse, the subject of which is the development of Russian philosophical consciousness or the representation of philosophy as a science in the minds of Enlighteners and researchers. The plot of the article is defined by several semantic aspects: first, the stages of development of Russian philosophical consciousness are analyzed; secondly, an attempt is made to define its substantive features; thirdly, attention is focused on the specifics of Russian philosophical consciousness in relation to European philosophical thought. Considerable attention is paid to the interpretation of primary sources - texts by Archimandrite Gabriel, P.N. Milyukov, A.I. Vvedensky, G.V. Plekhanov, A.F. Losev, and others. The positions of individual figures known in the historiographical academic space regarding the stage of development and the basic meanings of Russian philosophical consciousness are presented. With the help of reference to primary sources, the substantive features of the representation of the chronological framework of Russian philosophy of the relevance and meaning of historical and philosophical knowledge in historiographical discourse, the chronological framework of the emergence and stages of development of Russian philosophy, as well as the formation of theoretical and methodological approaches to the study of the history of Russian philosophy are detailed.
