Philosophical aspects of socratism in solving the educational problem of forming a harmoniously developed person of the head of the service team of the Russia's ATS

This article provides a brief analysis of the essential approaches of the ancient Greek philosopher Socrates to identifying the factor of worthy existence of an individual in society. Having clarified certain conceptual provisions of the Socratic method of understanding reality and the role of the individual in a society of their own kind, the authors attempted to transfer Socratic ideas into the arsenal of educational work, the goal-setting of which, among other things, is focused on the process of forming the personality of the head of the service team in the internal affairs bodies, the hallmark of which is harmony between a strong moral state and worthy behavior, as a derivative of the spiritually developed qualities of the indicated status person.
