Philosophic analysis of the legal consciousness nature in the human activities in the context of volitional legal cognition

The article analyzes the philosophical nature of legal consciousness in the human activities in the context of volitional legal cognition. It is substantiated a thesis, that in the course of study of this range of problems, it is relevant that all the products and results of the human practices are valuable, and the social environment is a value system realty, where govern meanings as psychological forms of accumulation of the objective senses and personalized attitude towards an object.
