Philosophical analysis of the relationship between politics and mentality

This article provides a philosophical analysis of the relationship between politics and national mentality. Mentality, being a set of ideas and a way of behavior and reactions, represents a certain attitude of consciousness of the people. The author cites the characteristic features of the political mentality of some nations and their appearance. The factors influencing the manifestation of the political mentality are also given.
