Philosophical Steamer in 1922: Interpretation of Historical Fact

The article offers a retrospective characterization of the restructuring by the new authorities after the 1917 revolution of the patronage-type state policy towards science and intellectuals into a unified state science and technology policy (STP). The author gives as an example of overcoming the problematic situation the fact of expulsion of a group of non-Marxist philosophers from Soviet Russia in 1922. Some principles of STPP organization, which have justified themselves in the process of approbation, methods and directions of conflict situations settlement, etc. are offered for application in the practice of joint work.
