Philosophical meaning of human education: in the context of forming the personality of ATS employee

The article presents an analysis of a number of conceptual conclusions of German philosophical thought on the field of human education. Emphasizing the expediency of the educational impact on the personality of a person, the philosophers Arthur Schopenhauer and Georg Hegel proceed from the susceptibility of his natural beginning to his improvement by referring to the social experience of mankind as a whole, the traditions of society and the educational potential of society itself. At the same time, the author comes to the conclusion that it is necessary to take into account the theoretical «baggage» of these thinkers in the system of educational work with the personnel of the internal affairs bodies.
