Philosophical and culturological diagnostics of a large city of the post-soviet period

Large Russian cities are in especially great need for practical and applicable philosophical and culturological judgment which is impossible without carrying out humanitarian diagnostics of a city, by which the author means an analysis of the institutes, processes, relationships and practices fixed in its humanitarian space.
