Philosophical and cultural issues of interaction between native societies of Northern European countries and immigrants in the context of islamisation process

The article studies relations between the native society of the North European countries and Islam representatives in the context of reinforced process of islamisation. With this aim in view the role of immigrants and their values in the modern society of Scandinavian countries has been analyzed. Basing upon materials of mass media and scientific researches, the author considers relevant for the region question of the choice of proportion between the freedom of speech and religion tolerance. The paper justifies the conclusion that the development of Islam image under the influence of the mass media needs to be corrected in accordance with the theoretical and practical aspects of intercultural communication.
