There paper considers the essence and structure of the philosophical-& procedural component of a conceptually estimated model of education based on general humanities, forming specific modes of thought and acting, and providing for identification and comprehensive analysis of philosophical content of various theoretical assumptions, methods of harmonization of conceptual structures with physical reality.
