Philosophical and legal approach to understanding hermeneutics in the study of M. Heidegger

The article is devoted to the analysis of a number of theoretical constructs of the teachings of Martin M. Heidegger, who seeks to comprehend human existence in the context of legal reality and its involvement in being through language. The author focuses on the importance of some of the conclusions of this philosopher in relation to the field of legal hermeneutics, which contributes to a meaningful interpretation of the legal text, and as a result, its more meaningful and more effective application in the process of law enforcement practice.
