Philosophical and legal views of A. P. Kunitsyn and development of natural law in Russia

This article analyses the natural and legal views of A.P. Kunitsyn, the features of his argument regarding the fundamental nature of the natural law and the relevant human rights. The author considers the peculiarities of the relationship of natural and positive law in Kunitsyn’s legal philosophy, describes general and special moments in their characteristics.
