Philosophical-social foundations of bioethics and the bioethical education

In this article the necessity of the bioethical education is reviewed and considered on the foundation of the analysis of the humanitarian basis of philosophy, sociology, psychology and pedagogy. As envisioned by the author, the moral-ethical foundation of bioethics can be form a new conception of the character education. The author is noted that the issues of new approaches to the character education as well as ethical-legal and moral issues related to childhood, orphanage, physical disability, cloning, intervention into the genetic apparatus of the human being, appearance of surrogate mothers, change of sex and in general the attitude towards to all forms of life are debated in philosophical, social, psychological, pedagogical literature over a number of years, but while it is not possible to unite scientists debate into the mainstream of the bioethical education. This article is an attempt of the author to integrate the content of the scientific field - bioethics - with the process of the character education.
